Stuntnman Steven Scott Wheatley, who suffered from severe burns, last year during the filming of Mission Impossible 3 is suing Tom's Production Company and Paramount Pictures for so-called carelessness, pain, past and future earning loss and medical expenditure too.

The scene was supposed to be an imitation of a missile attack on a truck that was supposed to turn over and blast. He was close to it as directed and rigged with pyrotechnic material when it blasted all of a sudden and he was caught into fire and 60 percent of his body suffered burns.
