Well it seems Nadya realizing the high drop down in prices must have realzied that it will be more wiser to buy a new home than to repay the debt on the house which must have lost half its value in the recent bubble burst . The decision is good and will become better if her mom can find the place in her new home as she shouldn't be a victim of the crunch.
