Here's Miley Cyrus running errands in some not-so-decent clothes and still managing to look totally innocent. I know I'm going totally against myself, but I believe in giving credit where it's due. Though more than half of her bra is visible through that torn tank top, or whatever it is, Miley still looks as innocent as a chick coming out of egg. Maybe Miley is actually speaking the truth when she says her on-stage raunchiness is just a part of her performance. Seriously, there are chances of it actually being the truth, you know.
