It could either be the rigorous exercise regime or just a wild boozy night out with hubby Guy Richie, following which the film maker had to lead her by his arm to their 4x4.

She didn't seem totally with it. I don't know if she'd been drinking or if she was just tired, but she wasn't all there.

The fitness freak singer is famous for her rigorous fitness programme consisting of pilates, yoga and up to 400 sit-ups a day. She is also known to be using a £7,000 vibrating platform called the 'Power Plate', a 15 minutes use of which offers the same benefits of an hour-long gym work-out.
Adding to the stress could be the ongoing process of adopting Malawian baby David Banda. Madonna is reportedly 'dreading' the visit of African welfare inspectors next month, who will decide if the singer can formally adopt the 22-month-old child.
