Lindsay might be allowed to stay home during prison sentence

How much can a person even go through sh!t? Well, one needs to walk in LiLo's shoes to understand what it takes to be courageous, and of course strong. After being caught stealing a necklace, poor Lindsay was convicted to a 120 day-sentence.

However, sources at TMZ have found out that most people who commit non-violent misdemeanours (including minor thefts) are allowed to stay at home instead of being locked up at prison. The only catch is, they would need to wear an electronic monitoring device.

L.A. County Probation Dept. is one of the most lenient, and Lindsay would be treated as leniently as any other offender would be. Hence, chances that Lindsay Lohan gets to stay at home sipping on grape juice (we know, it would be laced with something more than that) are pretty positive.

We are happy that Judge Stephanie Sautner isn't being too harsh on Lindsay, for she has seen enough in life. Perhaps all that she needs is a good psychotherapist, and a few good friends to hangout with. And we are sure, LiLo would no more be stealing, doping, or driving recklessly.
