According to US Weekly Kate Hudson is about to file for divorce from her husband Chris Robinson, lead singer of Black Crowes.

The couple has been married for six years. Kate has announced her split with Chris in mid-August. It was rumored that the couple is trying again to revive their relationship when they were pictured together with their two year old son, Ryder.
Kate has been seeing 'You, Me and Dupree' co-star Owen Wilson since then and has been spotted vacationing with him in Hawaii and for dinner last weekend.
Whatever said and done Kate and Owen do look good together and she looks immensely happy in his company.
