Britney Spears' legal battle regarding the custody of her sons has taken a new turn and it seems that she will win this time. Both Brit and Kevin's lawyers filed documents with family law commissioner Scott Gordon for the new custody agreement. Now Brit will have the physical custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James more than 50 percent.
