After The Daily Sport and celebrity magazine Heat, it's the turn of Sun to pay her damages and apologize for publishing an untrue story about her raunchy encounter with a man in a van. The story came up last year in August and 'The Sun' is the third in the line who will be apologizing to Desperate Housewives star.

The Sun admitted that the story was false; they are ready to apologize for the embarrassment caused. They have agreed to pay damages and her court cost too. Last year Teri Hatcher said that she has tolerated all the nonsense published by tabloids for quite a long, but she couldn't keep calm after reading the story which portrayed her as an irresponsible parent.
