Eminem has finally sorted out the court action with Cellus US, who was selling mobile ringtones of his songs on the internet. Eight Mile Style and Martin Affiliated launched the action in the US District Court last year, against five companies, including Cellus Us.

The lawyer of Cellus US didn't mention paying anything for the settlement but he said that now they will stop selling his ringtones. Eminem's legal representative, Howard Hertz disclosed that the company made hundreds of thousands of dollars by selling ringtones of his songs.
Eminem reached to a settlement last week, with Colorado-based Cellus US. Later on, they asked the district court to approve the deal.
