It seems Miley Cyrus wants to double-up her speed and become a major in a hurry. At least in the fashion department. But, sadly, she doesn't realize that she's taken the wrong route in her haste to reach there fast. Those leggings are a bit too short on yarn, Miley. And the shoes clearly look out of place just because of the leggings. Unfortunately, that doesn't translate into 'cool' from any angle.

Its perfectly fine if a kid tries this kind of stuff but I doubt she still prefers to be called a kid! Hence, she should apply some logic whenever she tries something offbeat. She should know that the line between being 'cool' and 'crap' is very fine. By the way, what should be Billy Ray's reaction to this stuff?! It Won't Be the Last...?!
