Heather Locklear's soon to be ex husband and Bon Jovi guitarist was photographed kissing Denise Richards at a LA area Cafe last Saturday. Denise recently won a restraining order against her husband Charlie Sheen claiming that he threatened to kill her.

Denise and Richie entered the cafe around five in the evening, after sharing a kiss in the parking. They occupied a covered patio where they kept on looking into each other's eyes and kissed again. Then they left in the same car after sometime. Richard is friends with Heather from quite a long and came closer during her split from Sheen. It would be a shocker for Heather too. Doesn't it sound dramatic 'my ex husband and my friend?'
