Last week photographer Anthony Goodrich, filed a complaint against Bruce Willis, alleging him of assaulting him. Anthony claimed that on Tuesday Bruce smashed his camera into his face while he was just trying to take a pic, outside Koi in LA. He issued his photographs with a chipped tooth and scratched nose.

Bruce is claming that Anthony's allegations are fictitious, derogatory and malicious. He has filed a lawsuit against the snapper and is seeking damages of nearly $1 million. His attorney Martin Singer disclosed that Koi's doorman also supports Bruce's story, he was just making his way inside the restaurant. Bruce's lawsuit seeks $1 million in general, special and consequential damages as well as punitive damages to be determined at trial
