andy Jones, Silas Dukes and Lonnie DeShawn claim that they were hired by Spear's companies at $2,400 to $3,350 per week to provide security to Britney and her home.

A judged ruled out on Monday that they should settle down their dispute via negotiations. However, lawyer of security guards says, two of the three negotiation meetings will take place in New York instead of California, which has more favorable laws. This may go into Britney's favor.

Britney's companies, Britney Touring Inc. and Britney Brands Inc., are in California and New York. Lawyer William J. Briggs II , who represents both the companies, said that the original contact between the companies and the guards called for wage disputes to be negotiated.
