In an interview with NBC Britney Spears said that she is bugged up with media and is tired of being on the target all the time. Then why did she plan to put on make up and pose for the camera? Later she sold those pictures along with an interview to Ok! Magazine, as nobody else was interested in the interview.
So when all that also failed, she decided to pose naked. She posed wearing just a g-string for the coverage of August 2006 issue of Harper's Bazaar. She didn't hesitate to show off Sean's butt for publicity.
God knows what does she wants by baring her bulging out belly. However, I have to admit that you need guts to show off such a figure.
